The Trigger

 While the current phase of the struggle between Israel and the Palestinians has been attributed to a September 2000 visit by Ariel Sharon to the Temple Mount; the Lord gave me a word recently by reminding me of the real reason the violence has increased.

In a time period before this event happened I was before the Lord and had been reading from the Word and the Lord quickened to me the book of Joshua 14:14-15 “Hebron therefore became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, because he wholly followed the LORD God of Israel.  And the name of Hebron formerly was Kirjath Arba (Arba was the greatest man among the Anakim). Then the land had rest from war."

I understood from this scripture that as the violence has escalated; that it was directly related to the loss of Israeli control of Hebron

A couple weeks ago the Lord showed me that even now we in the United States are holding a gun to our own head…

We have our finger on THE TRIGGER…

The Lord promised all the land of the Middle East to Abraham and His descendants and as Joshua was about to cross over the river Jordan; the Lord re-emphasized what He had given to ISRAEL the grandson of Abraham; saying… “Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all this people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel.” (Joshua 1:2b)

While the next two verses in the book of Joshua clearly give the children of Israel the OPPORTUNITY to have everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates River…

“Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I said to Moses. From the wilderness and this Lebanon as far as the great river, the River Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and to the Great Sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory…”

Clearly according to biblical accounts Joshua did not exercise the legal right that God had given them.

In fact had Joshua and the children of Israel fulfilled the complete will of the Lord in respect to what God had given to Israel, then a large portion of the wealth of OPEC would have belonged to the Jewish people today.

What Joshua DID NOT CONQUER.. Even where the sole of his foot did not tread… became at that point in time and is even now the source of Israel’s modern dilemma…

Joshua did not conquer what is now Lebanon and today terrorists use southern Lebanon as a staging area to attack Israel. 

Joshua did not conquer Syria, and today Israeli armies stand on the Golan Heights in order to protect their homeland from this mortal enemy. 

Joshua did not conquer what is modern Iraq and the ten tribes of the north are still scattered with an eternal enemy of Israel being left in the land of Shinar as a result.

Now… Hear what the Lord says:  The Philistines occupied the land known today as Gaza… because Joshua did not conquer this land; I will not bring judgment upon America for causing My people to leave Gaza.

For it was Joshua and his generation that set forth the legal precedent…

According to Joshua 15:63 "As for the Jebusites, the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the children of Judah could not drive them out; but the Jebusites dwell with the children of Judah at Jerusalem to this day."

Hear what the Spirit says: Even though David later drove the Jebusites from My beloved city; because Joshua did not defeat the Jebusites; I will allow a false peace that divides Jerusalem, and the place where I put My Name. 

“And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.” (Zechariah 12:3)

For it was Joshua and his generation that set forth the legal precedent…

Understand though… a Day is coming… A Day of clouds and thick darkness… On this day My Son shall stand…

“And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives,

Which faces Jerusalem on the east.

And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two…”

And in that day it shall be

That living waters shall flow from Jerusalem,

Half of them toward the eastern sea

And half of them toward the western sea;

In both summer and winter it shall occur.  (see Zechariah 14)

And as My servant Daniel spoke in the prophecy about the seventy weeks;

“The end of it (earthly Jerusalem) shall be with a flood…”

For thus says the Lord:  Even as it took the anointing that was upon David to cleanse the scourge of the Jebusites; as he took the city of Jerusalem… Even so it will take My Son…  Messiah; the Son of David to wash “away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning…” (Isaiah 4:3)

Hear what the Spirit is saying:   What is known today as the West Bank was conquered by My servant Joshua… it belongs to the Nation of Israel…

All who would force Israel to give up this land… Hear the word of the Lord… “You shall surely die in your sins.”

For it was Joshua and his generation that set forth the legal precedent…

For this legal threshold is about to be crossed.

Even though you have been blessed America…

You hold the gun in your hands, and your finger is on the trigger…

When you pull this trigger… When you force Israel to surrender land where the sole of Joshua’s foot stood… All that has been spoken against you will begin to be unleashed. 

From the blood of Stephen even to the blood of My beloved children being spilled across the world today… Even all this righteous blood; I will require it of you.

For the light of Liberty will fall… even as My servant A. A. Allen saw.

America will burn in one day… even as My servant Dumitru Duduman saw.

Your land will explode and be divided; by My hand and by the armies of man I have allowed to be arrayed against you… even as many of my prophets have seen.

In 1997 Israel was forced into further compromise concerning the burial place of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob…

In October of the same year the God of Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob called men from all over America to Washington D.C.   They gathered in numbers greater than any since the children of Israel came out of Egypt.

They came with hearts full of sorrow and repentance… 

They did not keep their promise…

And now you have lost your way…

Your finger is on the trigger America…

I love you… as I have always loved the world.

I have not chosen your destruction.

You have…

Know this:  I have reserved in America a remnant who has not bowed the knee to the idols of this land. 

This is My Joshua Generation…  They will reap the greatest harvest in the history of America; in the midst of her borders… in the midst of destruction.

In the midst of the smoke and ruin that will come upon this vast land; I will hear the cry of My people

And as I will (from Isaiah 61:3a) “...console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes…”

“In that day the LORD of hosts will be

For a crown of glory and a diadem of beauty

To the remnant of His people,

For a spirit of justice to him who sits in judgment,

And for strength to those who turn back the battle at the gate.” (Isaiah 28:5)

Because the remnant of My people have been faithful…

“Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth” (Revelation 3:10)

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
