Keeping His Command to Persevere

Greetings
in Christ;
Blessed be
the Lord our God who has called us unto Himself as He has loved us and gave His
life for us. Having become obedient unto the death of the cross for us; He rose
again; that we might walk in newness of life as His sons and daughters in these
last days.
I write
this as the voice of one who has been keeping his station as a watchman on the
wall; and I say to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ: The
hour is very late and if you have not been watching and praying; then according
to the words of Jesus in Mark 13 “…you do not know when
the time is.”
I have
felt this unction of the Spirit even again this last week, and the Lord is
saying to me ‘tell my church… you do not know what time it is; for you have not
been watching and praying.’
In this
hour when the false prophets are calling to you with enticing words saying
“peace and safety;” remember the warning of the apostle Paul to the
Thessalonians that the ones who did not “receive the love of the truth” would be
given over to a strong delusion.
Remember
also the parable given by the Lord concerning the ten virgins: that
“while the bridegroom was delayed, they all
slumbered and slept;” even the wise ones who had oil in their lamps.
It is
difficult to know what time it is if you are sleeping…
To my
precious brothers and sisters who believe in a pre-tribulation rapture… ones in
whom I have fellowship in the Spirit as we together hold a common faith in
Christ: I pray that you are right, as I have no desire for this world or the
things of this world. I only desire to depart and be with Him…
I pray as
well that if the time of being “caught up together” is at some other point in
the tribulation; then I earnestly plead with you to heed the words written here.
Washed
for Obedience
Beloved of
the Lord; the burden in my heart for the body of Christ is great, and yet I know
that IF we give heed to the voice of the Good Shepherd; He will lead us
all beside the still waters in the midst of everything that is about to take
place in the earth; for IF we are obedient to His leading; we will be
kept from the coming hour of trial that will soon envelope the earth.
How will
He lead us in this time of gathering darkness? Will it not be by His Spirit and
by His Word which is our heritage as His children?
For as the
psalmist says…“Your word is a lamp to my feet; and a
light to my path…” So shall it be for those who walk in the light of
Christ in this hour.
1 John 5:8
says “And there are three that bear witness on earth:
the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.”
To see how
this works beloved of God; we need to understand that the root for the Hebraic
word Torah (instruction) is the word yârâh. It
means “to flow as water (that is, to rain).”
As we look
at this a little closer we can see the agreement of the Holy Spirit to the Word
of God that washes us even as the Lord Himself said we
“are already clean because of the word which I have (He has)
spoken to you,”
This is
what the apostle Paul has spoken of in Ephesians 5 when he writes of the
standard of love a husband should have for his wife and compares that love to
the love of the Lord; for the scripture says “…Christ
also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify
and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word…”
The phrase
“gave Himself for her” reflects back to the atonement of Christ
and the establishment of the New Covenant through the shedding of His blood.
This is the agreement on earth of the Spirit, the water and the blood.
This
agreement was established through the obedience of Christ Jesus to the will of
the Father and calls for a response of obedience from those who have trusted in
the finished work of the cross.
The
apostle Peter in writing to the dispersion of believers called them the
“elect according to the foreknowledge of God the
Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and
sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ…”
Even this
week I have spoken to three brothers who are all drinking the water of His Word
at a pace unlike any other time in their lives, and I exhort you in the name of
Christ even this day… drink deeply from the well of His Word; for you will need
this to rise to the obedience that the Holy Spirit is calling you to; as the
quickening of His Word by His Spirit is that well of living water we are to
drink from in the hour of trial.
As I have
enquired of the Lord concerning this He has spoken and says… “I have given
these three brothers in Christ as a three-fold witness and for a sign. For this
is the beginning of the first month spoken of by My prophet Joel.”
Be glad then, you children of
Zion,
And rejoice in the LORD your God;
For He has given you the former rain faithfully,
And He will cause the rain to come down for you—
The former rain,
(His Word given at Sinai)
And the latter rain
(His Spirit given at Pentecost)
in the first
month.
For many
do not understand that for His children who obey…
FOR THOSE WHO BRING
FORTH
THE FRUIT OF REPENTANCE…
Mercy
always triumphs over judgment, and the supply He has in store for His children
in the midst of this time (as we stand at the threshold of the tribulation); His
supply will be sufficient even as His grace is sufficient.
Many do
not understand that the Father would not allow His children to go through this
fiery trial of tribulation without a fresh outpouring of the former rain and
latter rain… in the first month… in the beginning of sorrows.
For again
the prophet Joel says
“The threshing floors shall be full of wheat,
And the vats shall overflow with new
wine and oil.”
We will
need this supply in the midst of the coming hour for this is why a voice is
heard in the midst of the living creatures saying “A
quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and
do not harm the oil and the wine.”
For It is
His Bride who in the midst of being made ready for the Bridegroom… it is His
Bride who will pour the oil and the wine into the wounds of the fatherless, the
widow, and the stranger left robbed and beaten by the accuser of the brethren.
Remember
though; we must repent… We must all come out of her; we must all forsake
the harlotry of religion, the love money, the lust of the eye, and the pride of
life…
We must
all repent… the pastor and the prophet… the husband and the housewife… wealthy
and poor, teenagers and the elderly.
Over the
last few years much has been written about the dispensation of grace we are
living in. Let me remind you that in Titus 2 the saving grace of God appeared
to all men for this reason: To teach us that, “denying
ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in
the present age.…”
To those
who have wealth:
It has
been your Father’s good pleasure to bless the work of your hand, to lengthen
your days, and to give you a heritage in the earth.
Only do
not use your wealth as an occasion to rule over your brethren; for God has
chosen Him as the poor of this world to be rich in faith, and you will be a
blessing to each other as you tear down the prejudices that satan has placed in
your hearts.
As events
begin to unfold on the world stage; do not trust in uncertain riches. For if
you see your brother in need and shut up your bowels of compassion towards Him;
your storehouse will be given to another, and the lack of mercy that you have
shown will be measured back to you.
For when the children of
Israel
were disobedient; gathering extra manna out of fear; it molded and was of no
use, and yet when they gathered in obedience for observance of the Sabbath; it
remained fresh for that day.
There is a
rest then that remains for His children…
“Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any
of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us
as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not £profit them, not
being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter
that rest, as He has said:
“So I swore in My wrath,
‘They shall not enter My rest,”’
although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”
There is a
rest then that remains…
This has
been written to say to you that as the darkness increases; our protection and
our victory in Christ during the coming tribulation will depend primarily on two
things. It will… 1) be an operation of the Holy Spirit as He sanctifies us for
obedience to His ways… and 2) our protection and victory will be an expression
of His grace which enables us to stay rooted and grounded in Him.
The grace
of the Lord Jesus Christ and His peace will be multiplied to us through the
knowledge of Him and the intimacy of being immersed in the presence of His Most
Holy Spirit in our day to day lives.
In our
communion with His Spirit we will be led, we will be fed, and we will be
sanctified for His every purpose, and as He even speaks to us off the written
page of His Word; remember… there is nothing new under the sun, and His Spirit
will never violate His or our communion with His Word.
As we
commune with Him; I believe Isaiah 4 provides a picture of the coming protection
that will be available to those who are fully given to His ways:
When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion,*
and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and
by the spirit of burning, then the LORD will create above every dwelling place
of Mount Zion, and above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the
shining of a flaming fire by night. For over all the glory there will be
a covering. And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the
heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain.
*This is
“the washing of water by the Word…”
As we are
given over to this ‘washing’ there will be a
covering… there will be a glory… there will be a keeping… As Jesus said in
Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept My command to
persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the
whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.”
Beloved of
Christ: Why will he keep us from this “hour of trial?” BECAUSE we keep His
command to persevere. It is because we have “…hidden
His word in our hearts; that we might not sin against Him…” It is because
by the grace of God given to us; we will not “count the
blood of the covenant by which we have been sanctified as a common thing, and
insult the Spirit of grace?”
Remember;
IF we yield to the “sanctification of the
Spirit, for obedience;” then we will persevere.
In order
to obey His command to persevere; we must be fully committed to the “Increase of
His Government;” being given over to a holy zeal for obedience to His Word; no
matter how it alters or even tears down the institutions of men we have built in
the name of Christ.
For as the
army of the Lord that is being sanctified in this time and as the banner of His
Name is being raised over His obedient flock; there will be no more room for man
pleasing or drawing back unto perdition.
The
Exodus of the Obedient
As we find ourselves in the midst of what is coming remember the protection for
the obedient as “…the LORD will create above every
dwelling place of
Mount Zion, and
above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of
a flaming fire by night.
As this
“exodus” has shifted from the stage of Egypt to one that is worldwide and the
role of pharaoh is now beginning to be filled by the rise of what Revelation 13
calls the beast rising up out of the sea…
Consider
that what you have in your hand is beginning to be stretched as you must fulfill
your obligations with fewer resources… In other words the pharaoh of this age
has now decreed that you begin to make brick without straw.
Let not
your heart be troubled with these things though. For even as the children of
Israel endured the first of the plagues so we as His children today will endure
with patience what is even on the horizon.
As we
keep His command to persevere in this time; there will come a time when the
magicians and astrologers of this age will perceive that what is happening in
the earth is being caused by the ‘finger of God’… and as a separation occurred
between Goshen and Egypt; so the Lord our God will separate us and
“keep us from the hour of trial which shall come upon
the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.”

The
Burden for the Rebellious House
Romans 11:21-22 says “For if God did not spare the
natural branches (Israel),
He may not spare you either. Therefore consider the goodness and severity of
God: on those who fell, severity; but toward you, goodness, if you continue in
His goodness. Otherwise you also will be cut off.”
The Lord
has been speaking to me about the branches that will be cut off. They will be
gathered and burned according His Word.
For the
horses released in Revelation are for these purposes
The White
Horse – is for conquering (and taking captive)
The Red
Horse – is for the sword
The Black
Horse – is for famine
The Pale
Horse – is for death
The Lord
says – Even as the words of my prophet Jeremiah stood as witness against the
rebellious house of Judah; so shall these same words stand as witness against
the rebellious house of My people today. For the Lord your God is a just God
and His scales of Justice will have the same measure today as they did then.
Here then
the word of the Prophet Jeremiah:
Then the
LORD said to me, “Even if Moses and Samuel stood before
Me, My mind would not be favorable toward this people. Cast them out of My
sight, and let them go forth. And it shall be, if they say to you, ‘Where should
we go?’ then you shall tell them,
‘Thus says the LORD:
“Such as are for death, to death;
And such as are for the sword, to the sword;
And such as are for the famine, to the famine;
And such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.”’
The word
of God says “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive
ourselves, and the truth is not in us.”
If we have
hardness in our heart towards our brother; we walk in darkness; for again God’s
Word says “He who says he is in the light, and hates
his brother, is in darkness until now. He who loves his brother abides in the
light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him. But he who hates his brother
is in darkness and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going,
because the darkness has blinded his eyes.”
My beloved
brothers and sisters; if we walk in darkness; we will be taken into captivity…
we will fall to the sword… our storehouse will be empty and we will have famine;
and death will reign over our households.
For our
Lord Jesus has given us one commandment; and in this is the fulfillment of the
whole law. He said “A new commandment I give to you,
that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one
another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for
one another.”
My beloved
brothers and sisters; if we do not love one another as He gave command; then all
that we do makes room for a strange fire before the Lord…
But I pray and believe better things for all who heed His word… for if we love
one another as He gave command; then the Lord will wash away
the filth of the daughters of
Zion… Then the LORD
will create above every dwelling place of
Mount
Zion, and above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a
flaming fire by night.
For if we
are sanctified by “the Spirit, for obedience
and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ…” Then “over
all the glory there will be a covering. And there will be a tabernacle
for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter
from storm and rain.
Finally
brethren; I pray the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the communion of the
Holy Spirit be with you all; in Jesus’ name… Amen

Allen
