The hurricanes over the last two years are a beginning of fulfillment of
Evangelist A. A. Allen's vision. As you read through the complete vision;
you will also see clear indications of Dumitru Duduman's prophetic visions as
well.
While I realize the implications of this article may be very controversial; I
also know that those who point to this type of prophetic word as being 'doom and
gloom' fail to see the parallels between their reaction, and the reaction of the
Jews living in Jerusalem who spoke against Jeremiah.
"Therefore the princes said to the king, "Please, let this man be put to death,
for thus he weakens the hands of the men of war who remain in this city, and the
hands of all the people, by speaking such words to them. For this man does not
seek the welfare of this people, but their harm." (Jeremiah 38:4)
These types of reactions I believe reflect the 'feel good' prophetic trends that
are so popular today; as doctrine abounds that state that prophecy should
only bring edification, exhortation, and
comfort according to 1 Corinthians 14:3. The error in this thinking does
not take into account New Testament prophets like Agabus who prophesying in Acts
11:28 "stood up and showed by the Spirit that there was
going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the
days of Claudius Caesar." Later in Acts 28:11 Agabus came
down from Judea and prophesied to Paul... "Thus says the
Holy Spirit, ‘So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man who owns this belt,
and deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’"
According to the modern 'feel good' standard of judging new Testament prophets;
Agabus would have been classified as a 'doom and gloom' prophet. So would
Evangelist A. A. Allen who had this vision in1954:

As I watched, St. Louis and Kansas City were enveloped
in its white vapors. Then on it came towards New Orleans.Then on they swept
until they reached the Statue of Liberty where she stood staggering drunkenly in
The blue waters of The Gulf. As the white vapors began to spread around The head
of the statue, she took in but one gasping breath, and then began to cough as
though to rid her lungs of the horrible vapors she had inhaled. One could
readily discern by the coughing that those white vapors had seared her lungs.
What were these white vapors? Could they signify bacteriological warfare or
nerve gas that could destroy multitudes of people in a few moments time?
Note: Remember that prophetic vision is not always
in exact chronological order. Also we
should make the distinction between prophetic vision, and what A. A. Allen
thought it meant. (i.e., What were these
white vapors?)
As I grew up in the Houston Texas area; I have some experience as to what
happens when a petrochemical complex is devastated by a tropical event; whether
that be a tropical depression, storm, or hurricane. In October 1994
Houston experienced a tropical event that is only listed as "Texas Flood October
1994" on a FEMA flood insurance list.
This 'flood was caused by a tropical depression that formed offshore and
literally parked over Houston. In less than 24 hours a little over
27 inches of rain fell. My point? The
petrochemical infrastructure was severely damaged to an extent that a day after
the rain the flood waters ruptured a chemical line along Houston Ship channel
causing a release of a cyanide gas cloud that hung over Channelview Texas (east
of Houston) for hours. These last two hurricanes
(Katrina, and Rita) will without question turn both
areas of land into a ground zero of toxic waste.
As I watched, the coughing
grew worse. It sounded like a person about to cough out his lungs. The Statue
was moaning and groaning. She was in mortal agony.
The pain must have been terrific, as again and again, she tried to clear her
lungs of those horrible white vapors. I watched her there in the Gulf, as she
staggered, clutching her lungs and her breast with her hands. Then she fell to
her knees. In a moment, she gave one final cough, and made a last desperate
effort to rise from her knees, and then fell face forward into the waters of The
Gulf and lay still as death. Tears ran down my face as I realized that she was
dead!
Revelation 13:3 says "And I saw one of his
heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed.
And all the world marveled and followed the beast." As was
discussed in the release of "A Wake Up Call"
the U.S. as one of the seven heads of the beast (the
G-7) is I believe the head that is mortally wounded. What is
even now transpiring with these catastrophic hurricanes; as America has
pulled the trigger is just the beginnings of
the "deadly wound." This is what I
believe A. A. Allen saw in the gulf of Mexico.
A careful review of A. A. Allen's vision from the Lord also reveals an
unfolding destruction that both Dumitru Duduman, Henry Gruver, and
