Bryan's 'Bottleneck' Vision

(A Vision of the Second Reformation)

Note: While the graphics on this page could have been enhanced for appearance sake, I believe the integrity of the vision is best preserved by staying with the simplicity of how Bryan first illustrated it.  What this page may lack in visual demonstration; will be countered, I believe by an anointing to see the body of Christ in the midst of reformation.  It will be easy for some to see, and impossible for others.  I pray that as you have considered what has been shared in this web-site you are willing to face what will be a hard truth for some, and a joyous embracing for others.

Sometime late in 2002, Bryan shared a short word with me which I believe is appropriate to begin with:

"The administration of man must completely fail so that

the administration of Jesus can be set in place"

The following comments represent what Bryan has shared with a number of groups all across the United States traveling as the Holy Spirit led him.  My thoughts are also included as I have experienced and am still experiencing various stages of this 'second reformation.'  No one has arrived yet.  Much of this web-site has been written in a doctrinal sense from an apostolic viewpoint.  This vision of the "bottleneck" is I believe a prophetic confirmation. 

With all that is on this web-site I feel it is critical for every reader to understand that there is still much to be discerned and communicated.  There are many parts still to be put in place.  If you feel that the Lord has given you part of this vision prayerfully click here.  My oath to you is that all responses will be prayerfully considered even as if weeping "between the porch and the altar"

This next section between the lines is Bryan's prophetic interpretation of what the Spirit of the Lord showed him.  The year was 1994.

At the beginning of this year, I heard His voice as the sound of many waters, saying:

Call them, Call them, Call them.  My lines have gone out to all the earth. Oh that My bride would listen to My call. Be not afraid, for I have called; I have!

My soul takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked. Be not afraid for I have called. I do not wish to speak to you in My wrath. My wrath awaits those who refuse to hear Me in love.

His voice continued to urge in the tones of an approaching storm. The storm has already touched the lives of many of you. It’s too late for business-as-usual.

The old order (old wine skin) is characterized by witchcraft; the spirit of control, manipulation, and of exploitation of the gifts and callings of God. We have roundly heaped these gifts and callings upon our own lusts for self-enrichment, financial gain, and ecclesiastical power.

Therefore, if anyone is out to build a kingdom for themselves, or a name for themselves, I’ve got disheartening news for you. God is opposed to ministries built on personality, personal agenda (ambition), and the “my ministry” kind of thing.

What? You have a ministry? All the gifts and callings He bestowed upon you belong to God. They belong to Him.

I see an awesome spiritual battle taking place in the heavenlies. And I see a disquieting warfare and battle taking place on the earth.  Those who are fighting for their own name, agenda, and “place” are swiftly becoming disheartened. Those who would prevail must become intercessors, and fight according to the Spirit. He is calling us to live broken lives before one another without promotion of self. No seeking of recognition. No beginning of anything which smacks of congregations segregated by doctrinal differences, racial differences, and that which bear denominational labels. DEATH AND DIMINISHING SPIRITUAL RETURNS are being experienced more and more by the former body. And yes, church politics must soon pass from the scene. These will soon be just a memory.

Each of us has to decide which revival he is going to be a part of, and in which he will invest his life. Am I going to invest my life in some booming enterprise of Christian City, or am I going to lose my life in the pursuit of God’s will and mercy?  You must ask yourself, “Am I going to concentrate on building something that will cause the citizens of Christian City to sit up and take notice, or am I going to spend my life bringing the poor, the maimed, and the blind to the Master’s table?”

This New Body is being created even now by passing through what looks like a bottle neck. Let’s see this segment of time as a birthing and the bottle neck as a birth canal. There have been many events during these past months to underline what God is doing here.  

The increase in number of earthquakes since January 1 1994 has been the sign in the natural demonstrating what He is DOING IN THE SPIRITUAL. The Lord spoke prophetically through me prior to the January 1994 earthquake in L.A., saying that it would be given as a sign that there is a shaking taking place in the belly of existing churches.  

Everywhere God is shaking the remnant, to bring them out of the Old Order of denominational lines and through this birthing with mighty testing, purifying and sometimes crushing.  He will then replace the old order with power and victory, compassion and apostolic simplicity.  

Competitiveness and manipulation (witchcraft) are being replaced by loving and caring for one another.  He has written “ICHABOD” across the doorway of the Old churches, where there was no response to His call for repentance and brokenness. OLD THINGS HAVE PASSED AWAY AND ALL THINGS WILL BE NEW.

A young pastor whose wife had just had a miscarriage was given this message by Our Father.  His wife’s experience was symbolic of what is happening in the spiritual realm.  The Church will not be allowed to bring forth this new birth until all the old impurities, poison and death are purged, just as they are first purged from the womb following a miscarriage.  

The GLORIOUS NEWS is that this is already occurring for those who are crying out in sincere desperation for DELIVERANCE!

We are going through an often painful and confusing time right now. It may become more confusing before we come out into this new body. There may be crushings, there is definitely a separating of the wheat from the chaff... of the sheep from the goats.

We will see a lessening of emphasis and distinction of “Churchianity” (denominationalism) as these practices and restrictions give way more and more to a new body.  Divisive doctrines will give way to unity, balance and love.  The entire body will function in a prophetic role, fulfilling our destinies and callings; not exalting any calling or office.   All will blend into a perfect whole, filling the Body of Christ as One. 

Directions: all circles are color coded to match scripture verses that follow the picture.  The first colorsand represent what Bryan refers to as the old order or human administration. 

The second set of colors in the bottle represents first a people in the process of leaving the "old order" and then an attempt at reformation as this "'remnant people" are in the midst of the bottle.  This attempt has and is happening at present.  Speaking from experience, it is a very painful step.  This group sees the hypocrisy of the "old order" but in their first attempt to reform they all (this writer included) presumed much that was not of the Lord.  In this first attempt much has been measured back to them as some in the midst have judged what they left only to find themselves operating in much of what they separated themselves from.  There is much turbulence as this group is drawn to the sifting of the bottleneck

I believe that all who have experienced this are deeply repentant over their own false assumptions, and I feel led to write that we are all in the "bottleneck" nowbeing tested and sifted, right at the edge of a land called "Beulah" (Isaiah 62:4).

Un-repentant Leadership

Amos 2:4-5 —

Thus says the LORD:

     “For three transgressions of Judah, and for four,

     I will not turn away its punishment,

     Because they have despised the law of the LORD,

     And have not kept His commandments.

     Their lies lead them astray,

     Lies which their fathers followed.

     But I will send a fire upon Judah,

     And it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem.”

Luke 6:39 — And He spoke a parable to them:

    “Can the blind lead the blind?  Will they not both fall into the ditch?

Hosea 4:11-12 —  “Harlotry, wine, and new wine enslave the heart.

                                  My people ask counsel from their wooden idols,

                                  And their staff informs them.

                                  For the spirit of harlotry has caused them to stray,   

                                  And they have played the harlot against their God.

The Dividing Line Between the Two Groups

Proverbs 11:2 — "When pride comes, then comes shame; But with the humble is wisdom."

Repentant Remnant

Hosea 2:14-23 —

 “Therefore, behold, I will allure her,

   Will bring her into the wilderness, And speak comfort to her.

     I will give her her vineyards from there,

     And the Valley of Achor as a door of hope;

     She shall sing there,

     As in the days of her youth,

     As in the day when she came up from the land of Egypt.

     “And it shall be, in that day,” Says the LORD,

     “That you will call Me ‘My Husband,’ And no longer call Me ‘My Master,’

     For I will take from her mouth the names of the Baals,

     And they shall be remembered by their name no more.

     In that day I will make a covenant for them

     With the beasts of the field, With the birds of the air,

     And with the creeping things of the ground.

     Bow and sword of battle I will shatter from the earth,

     To make them lie down safely.

     “I will betroth you to Me forever;

     Yes, I will betroth you to Me

     In righteousness and justice,

     In lovingkindness and mercy;    

     I will betroth you to Me in faithfulness,

     And you shall know the LORD.

     “It shall come to pass in that day

     That I will answer,” says the LORD; “I will answer the heavens,

     And they shall answer the earth.

     The earth shall answer With grain, With new wine, And with oil;

     They shall answer Jezreel. (God will sow)

     Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth,

     And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy;

     Then I will say to those who were not My people,

     ‘You are My people!’ And they shall say, ‘You are my God!’

Hebrews 12:25-29 —

See that you do not refuse Him who speaks.  For if they did not escape who refused Him who spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape if we turn away from Him who speaks from heaven,  whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.”  Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. For our God is a consuming fire.

Leaving the "Old Order"

 Ezekiel 20:37-41 —

I will make you pass under the rod, and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant; I will purge the rebels from among you, and those who transgress against Me; I will bring them out of the country where they dwell, but they shall not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.  “As for you, O house of Israel,” thus says the Lord GOD: “Go, serve every one of you his idols—and hereafter—if you will not obey Me; but profane My holy name no more with your gifts and your idols.  For on My holy mountain, on the mountain height of Israel,”  says the Lord GOD,  “there all the house of Israel, all of them in the land, shall serve Me; there I will accept them, and there I will require your offerings and the firstfruits of your sacrifices, together with all your holy things.  I will accept you as a sweet aroma when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries where you have been scattered; and I will be hallowed in you before the Gentiles.

Jeremiah 3:14-15 —

Return, O backsliding children,” says the LORD; “for I am married to you. I will take you, one from a city and two from a family, and I will bring you to Zion.  And I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding.

The "Remnant People"

Isaiah 6:13 —

     But yet a tenth will be in it,

     And will return and be for consuming,

     As a terebinth tree or as an oak,

     Whose stump remains when it is cut down.

    So the holy seed shall be its stump.”

In the "Bottleneck"

Amos 9:9 —

“For surely I will command, and will sift the house of Israel among all nations,"

Isaiah 10:20-22 —

And it shall come to pass in that day

     That the remnant of Israel,

     And such as have escaped of the house of Jacob,

     Will never again depend on him who defeated them,

     But will depend on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.

     The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob,

     To the Mighty God.

     For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea,

     A remnant of them will return;

     The destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness.

Isaiah 65:8-15 —

Thus says the LORD:“

    As the new wine is found in the cluster,

    And one says, ‘Do not destroy it,

    For a blessing is in it,’

    So will I do for My servants’ sake,

    That I may not destroy them all.

    I will bring forth descendants from Jacob,

    And from Judah an heir of My mountains;

    My elect shall inherit it,

    And My servants shall dwell there.

    Sharon shall be a fold of flocks,

    And the Valley of Achor a place for herds to lie down,

    For My people who have sought Me.

A Bride Made Ready

Isaiah 4:4-6 —

"When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning, then the LORD will create above every dwelling place of Mount Zion, and above her assemblies, a cloud and smoke by day and the shining of a flaming fire by night. For over all the glory there will be a covering. And there will be a tabernacle for shade in the daytime from the heat, for a place of refuge, and for a shelter from storm and rain."

Isaiah 49 People

“Listen, O coastlands, to Me,

    And take heed, you peoples from afar!

    The LORD has called Me from the womb;

    From the matrix of My mother He has made mention of My name.

    And He has made My mouth like a sharp sword;

    In the shadow of His hand He has hidden Me,

    And made Me a polished shaft;

    In His quiver He has hidden Me.”

    “And He said to me,

    ‘You are My servant, O Israel,

    In whom I will be glorified.’

    Then I said, ‘I have labored in vain,

    I have spent my strength for nothing and in vain;

    Yet surely my just reward is with the LORD,

    And my work with my God.’”

    “And now the LORD says,

    Who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant,

    To bring Jacob back to Him,

    So that Israel is gathered to Him

    (For I shall be glorious in the eyes of the LORD,

    And My God shall be My strength),

    Indeed He says,

    ‘It is too small a thing that You should be My Servant

    To raise up the tribes of Jacob,

    And to restore the preserved ones of Israel;

    I will also give You as a light to the Gentiles,

    That You should be My salvation to the ends of the earth.’”

    Thus says the LORD,

    The Redeemer of Israel, their Holy One,

    To Him whom man despises,

    To Him whom the nation abhors,

    To the Servant of rulers:

    “Kings shall see and arise,

    Princes also shall worship,

    Because of the LORD who is faithful,

    The Holy One of Israel;

    And He has chosen You.”

Thus says the LORD:

    “In an acceptable time I have heard You,

    And in the day of salvation I have helped You;

    I will preserve You and give You

    As a covenant to the people,

    To restore the earth,

    To cause them to inherit the desolate heritages;

    That You may say to the prisoners, ‘Go forth,’

    To those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’

    “They shall feed along the roads,

    And their pastures shall be on all desolate heights.

    They shall neither hunger nor thirst,

    Neither heat nor sun shall strike them;

    For He who has mercy on them will lead them,

    Even by the springs of water He will guide them.

    I will make each of My mountains a road,

    And My highways shall be elevated.

    Surely these shall come from afar;

    Look! Those from the north and the west,

    And these from the land of Sinim.”

    Sing, O heavens!

    Be joyful, O earth!

    And break out in singing, O mountains!

    For the LORD has comforted His people,

    And will have mercy on His afflicted.

    But Zion said, “The LORD has forsaken me,

    And my Lord has forgotten me.”

    “Can a woman forget her nursing child,

    And not have compassion on the son of her womb?

    Surely they may forget,

    Yet I will not forget you.

    See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands;

    Your walls are continually before Me.

    Your sons shall make haste;

    Your destroyers and those who laid you waste

    Shall go away from you.

    Lift up your eyes, look around and see;

    All these gather together and come to you.

    As I live,” says the LORD,

    “You shall surely clothe yourselves with them all as an ornament,

    And bind them on you as a bride does.

    “For your waste and desolate places,

    And the land of your destruction,

    Will even now be too small for the inhabitants;

    And those who swallowed you up will be far away.

    The children you will have,

    After you have lost the others,

    Will say again in your ears,

    ‘The place is too small for me;

    Give me a place where I may dwell.’

    Then you will say in your heart,

    ‘Who has begotten these for me,

    Since I have lost my children and am desolate,

    A captive, and wandering to and fro?

    And who has brought these up?

    There I was, left alone;

    But these, where were they?’”

²²Thus says the Lord GOD:

    “Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations,

    And set up My standard for the peoples;

    They shall bring your sons in their arms,

    And your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders;

    Kings shall be your foster fathers,

    And their queens your nursing mothers;

    They shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth,

    And lick up the dust of your feet.

    Then you will know that I am the LORD,

    For they shall not be ashamed who wait for Me.”

    Shall the prey be taken from the mighty,

    Or the captives of the righteous be delivered?

But thus says the LORD:

    “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away,

    And the prey of the terrible be delivered;

    For I will contend with him who contends with you,

    And I will save your children.

    I will feed those who oppress you with their own flesh,

    And they shall be drunk with their own blood as with sweet wine.

    All flesh shall know

    That I, the LORD, am your Savior,

And your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”

I felt led to include a disclaimer in order to dispel any thought that Shilohouse as a ministry supports in any form of what some would term as 'replacement theology'.  Romans 11:16-24 speaks of a people who have been 'grafted in' to Israel.  Part of verse 17&18 says that we "were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and fatness of the olive tree, do not boast against the branches."  The "them" mentioned in these scriptures are our Jewish brothers and sisters.
